For over 125 years, we've been the comfort offered to a patient who is nervous about a procedure; a smile shared with a co-worker clocking in for the day; a hand held as we transport a fellow Ottumwan back to surgery; high fives and celebrations for rehabilitative steps and milestones; and congratulatory hugs given when we help deliver a new life into the world.
