Ottumwa Regional Health Center offers this convenient way to manage your healthcare free to ORHC patients. Your personal health information is just a click away, whether at home or on the go.
These services are free to patients of Ottumwa Regional Health Center. Discharged patients who have provided an email address will receive an electronic invitation from Ottumwa Regional and a link to register online. If you need any assistance with My Ottumwa HealthLink, contact our medical records department at 641.684.2390. * You may also receive separate bills from Anesthesia, Laboratory, Radiology, and TeamHealth (Emergency Care) or groups not employed by the hospital. You may need to contact these groups individually for information.
Third-Party Applications
You can access your health information through approved third-party applications like those used on smartphones. Depending on the chosen application, you may be able to access information such as your medications, allergies, or lab results all in one app location. Have an application you would like to use? You will need a Gmail email account or an email address registered with Gmail to connect to our hospital with any third-party application. We hope to expand this to allow other email domains in the future. Please call 641-684-2300 to have it added to your account.
